Brussels is divided into "communes." We live in the commune called Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. The neighborhood of Woluwe-St-Pierre in which we live is called Stockel. Here are some photos of the downtown, which is about a 3 min walk from our home. You can catch buses, trams, and the metro here, which is one of the reasons we liked it. There is a market in the square (the two photos are the streets on either side of the square) 3 days/week. There is also lots of shopping.
